Job Description

Amplio is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Lead) to drive retention, growth, and long-term client outcomes. This role will lead the Customer Success team while directly managing a portfolio of key accounts.


What youll do

- Lead and coach the Customer Success team; set goals, cadence, and execution standards

- Own relationships with key accounts: onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewals, and expansion

- Build account plans and success metrics; track health and proactively manage risks

- Partner with Sales/Product/Operations to resolve issues, share insights, and improve the client experience

- Maintain clean reporting on renewals, churn risk, pipeline, and CS performance

- Identify and implement AI-led automations (playbooks, workflows, reporting, client communication) to improve CS efficiency and customer experience


What were looking for

- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management with ownership of renewals and key accounts

- Proven team leadership (or strong mentorship experience with readiness to lead)

- Strong communication, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Comfort with data, reporting, and CRM tools; ability to translate insights into actions

- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment


Location - Mumbai Suburbs


Package : INR 5 to 7 LPA (Depending on experience and interview rounds)
