About the Role

Per4mance Guru is looking for a Customer Success Manager who understands that performance marketing does not exist in a vacuum. You will be responsible for the 360-degree health of our client portfolio.

You aren't just looking at Meta Dashboards; you are looking at the client's Shopify backend, their Instagram feed aesthetic, their Google PMax efficiency, and their websites checkout flow. You are the "Strategic Glue" that binds our HODs (Meta, Google, Creative, Web) together to deliver a singular, profitable result for the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecosystem Audit: Conduct weekly audits of the "Full Funnel"including Website UI/UX, Page Load Speeds, Ad Creatives, Social Media presence, and Media Buying performance.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead the HODs of Meta, Google, Social Media, and Design. You ensure that the Social Media team is creating content that the Meta team can use as ads, and that the Web team is optimizing pages for the traffic the Google team is sending.
  • The "Health Score" Dashboard: Maintain a master view of account health. You must identify "Silent Killers" (e.g., rising RTO rates, falling website conversion rates, or stagnant organic growth) before the client does.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Build day growth roadmaps for clients. You are responsible for identifying when a client needs a website revamp, a shift in creative hook strategy, or a diversification into new channels.
  • P&L Consultation: Act as a fractional CMO for our clients. Discuss Contribution Margins, Inventory health, and Bottom-line profitability with Founders.
  • Crisis Management & Retention: Step in as the senior authority when accounts hit performance plateaus. Your goal is 100% client retention through proactive problem-solving.
What We Are Looking For
  • The "Full-Stack" Marketer: You have likely spent time in the trenches of media buying but have scaled up to understand Brand Building, Content Strategy, and E-commerce Tech (Shopify/Apps).
  • Agency Leadership: Proven experience managing high-ticket clients (20L+ monthly spends) and leading internal teams of specialists.
  • Analytical Prowess: Ability to read between the lines of GA4, TripleWhale, and Shopify Analytics to find the "Why" behind the "What."
  • Commanding Presence: You can walk into a boardroom (or Zoom call) with a Founder and command respect through data-backed insights and clear communication.
The "Full-Funnel" Scope of Oversight
  1. Performance: Is the blended ROAS/MER healthy?
  2. Creatives: Are we testing enough "Hooks"? Is the ad fatigue being managed?
  3. Social Media: Does the organic presence build trust for the paid ads?
  4. Website: Is the CR (Conversion Rate) optimized? Are there technical leaks in the funnel?
