HeadFirst Global is seeking an exceptional Customer Success Lead to drive service excellence, customer growth, and transformative client outcomes in one of our most critical regional leadership roles.
This is a high impact executive position leading the full Customer Success division across the region driving lifecycle success from onboarding through renewal, and delivering exceptional value through technology enabled, scalable solutions.
About the Role
As our Customer Success Lead India you will sit at the heart of our regional leadership team, partnering closely with the Regional APAC CEO and Country Manager - India to deliver outstanding commercial performance, operational excellence, and customer value realisation.
Youll lead the end to end customer experience ensuring retention, satisfaction, NPS improvement, and ongoing growth through cross sell and upsell strategies. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments, can influence cross functionally, and is energised by building a culture of innovation, agility, and customer centricity.
What Youll Lead
Customer Success & Strategy
Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring best in class delivery
Build a scalable, technology enabled customer success framework
Drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and measurable customer outcomes
Lead regional strategy and financial planning for Customer Success
Growth, Value & Insights
Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities to drive commercial expansion
Leverage insights to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and ROI
Champion Voice of the Customer programs to inform strategic decisions
Implementation & Solution Design
Lead customer and internal implementations, ensuring speed to revenue
Partner with Product & Technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Shape solution design aligned to customer needs and product strategy
Technology Services Leadership
Oversee VMS configuration, testing, digital enablement, and platform optimisation
Reduce duplication and enhance automation across the technology landscape
People & Culture
Leverage the Customer Success team across the region
Foster a high performance, inclusive, agile culture
What You Bring
Senior leadership experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or Workforce Solutions
Proven success driving retention, growth, and customer value realisation
Strong commercial and P&L capability
Deep experience influencing cross functional outcomes across Sales, Talent, Product, and Technology
A strategic, people led leader who thrives in fast paced, transforming environments
Customer centric mindset with the ability to connect commercial strategy and operational execution
