This is a 6 months Internship + Full Time opportunity. Based on your performance we would convert the role into full time Customer Success Analyst after completion of your internship.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into real-world customer interactions to uncover insights that drive business successyour keen observations will shape our approach to Customer Success!
• Calibrate and fine-tune AI-driven analysis by listening to calls and identifying valuable patterns, helping ensure our clients receive the highest quality insights.
• Partner with our Customer Success team to enhance the AIs responses and provide a unique, human perspective that elevates our technologys impact.
• Utilize and expand your knowledge in prompt engineering, working directly with our generative AI tools to craft responses that capture context and improve overall accuracy.
• Collaborate in a feedback-rich environment to make your mark on our analytics engine and deliver powerful, actionable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to assessing call quality.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, with an ability to adapt and refine AI-generated responses.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
