About the App
The BabyBillion App is a fast-growing kids entertainment platform designed to provide safe, engaging, and educational content for children and families. The app is part of BabyBillion, which reaches 6+ billion monthly views globally across digital platforms.
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for parents and users on the BabyBillion App.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing user queries, feedback, and support requests related to the BabyBillion App.
- Support the team in improving user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Track and document user issues, feature requests, and feedback from parents and app users.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and tech teams to resolve user concerns.
- Monitor app reviews, ratings, and customer feedback across platforms.
- Help analyze user engagement and retention insights to improve the app experience.
- Assist in creating user communication, FAQs, and support documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in apps, digital platforms, and user experience.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and empathetically.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, feedback, and reports.
