Job Title: Customer Success Engineer
Experience : 1-3 Years
Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Success Engineers who will serve as the bridge between technical support and customer relationship management. This role demands a strong foundation in IT and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clients receive both effective technical solutions and a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
- Microsoft SQL Server, networking, and internet-related issues.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, configuration, and basic database queries.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in support logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Networking fundamentals
- Internet troubleshooting
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 1- 2 years of work experience in tech support or customer service is a plus
