We are currently hiring a Customer Success Executive for our client an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about customer experience, SaaS products, and building long-term client relationships.



About the Role



We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to drive customer onboarding and product adoption to ensure a smooth implementation experience.



Responsibilities



  • Drive customer onboarding and product adoption to ensure a smooth implementation experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and QBRs to maximize product value
  • Monitor customer health metrics (adoption, churn risk, NPS, CSAT) and proactively address risks
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams


Qualifications



  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Client-facing SaaS roles


Required Skills



  • Strong understanding of retention, churn, adoption metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/CS tools (HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
