Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Executive - Payments preferably with experience in accounts receivable. The role focuses on ensuring timely payment follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support smooth recovery processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibility:

1. Accounts Receivable & Recovery

Track accounts receivable ageing and follow up on overdue payments.

Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure data accuracy.

Prepare and share periodic statements of account with customers.

Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved payment or recovery issues.

2. Customer Success & Support

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries related to billing and payments.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth billing and recovery processes.

3. Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable accounting regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in any field.

Basic understanding of basic accounting principles.

Basic knowledge in MS Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
