About the Role:

Octonix Solutions is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Student Support Executive to deliver exceptional support throughout the student lifecycle. The role involves handling student inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining records, and contributing to student engagement and referral initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and a passion for helping students succeed.


Job Description


Position Overview:

The Student Support Executive will act as a primary point of contact for students, ensuring timely assistance, accurate information, and a positive overall experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Student Support:

Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate and detailed information about educational programs, application procedures, and related services.


Issue Resolution:

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve student issues efficiently.

Escalate complex cases when required to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with internal departments to address student concerns effectively.


Student Engagement:

Proactively engage with students throughout their educational journey.

Conduct regular follow-ups to collect feedback, monitor progress, and resolve emerging issues.

Ensure a supportive and student-centric experience.


Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system.

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations while handling student information.


Reference Lead Generation:

Encourage satisfied students to provide referral leads.

Work closely with the Marketing team to support referral programs and initiatives.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with Team Leads, Managers, and Senior Management to meet individual and team goals.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and performance.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Required)

Total work experience: Minimum 3 years (Required)

Customer support experience: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency

Language proficiency: English(Required)
