Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and act as the primary
point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth onboarding
experience, maintain strong client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and
retention.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day
communications.
Ensure successful product adoption, and address their initial queries for customers
Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions or escalate to the technical
team when required.
Maintain and track client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to support customer requirements and
identify upsell opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BE, or related fields preferred).
01 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
