Customer Success Executive

The position involves day-to-day customer interaction, problem-solving, and maintaining basic operational metrics that help us improve customer experience. It is a full-time, on-site role (6 days/week, sundays could be working), and we are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those returning from career breaks.
