About Us

We are a Legal Tech platform (eNotary/ WITTS) transforming the way legal and notarisation services are delivered through technology. We work at the intersection of law, compliance, and tech to make legal processes faster, simpler, and more accessible.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will act as the bridge between our Legal Tech platform and our customers. This role is ideal for law graduates / legally trained professionals who want to build a career in Legal Technology and Customer Experience.

Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in Legal Tech are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule, conduct, and manage product demos for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, onboarding, and support
  • Clearly explain legal-tech workflows, features, and compliance-related aspects of the platform
  • Resolve customer issues related to usage, documentation, workflows, and legal processes
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Gather customer feedback and provide actionable insights to the product, tech, and leadership teams
  • Assist in improving customer journeys, onboarding processes, and support SOPs
  • Advise internal teams on customer experience improvements and recurring pain points
  • Coordinate with tech and legal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Qualifications
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Fresh graduates/ Graduates/ Law graduate / Final-year law student / legally trained professional preferred
  • Graduates from other disciplines with strong interest in Legal Tech may apply
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, Legal Tech, Compliance Tech, or Customer Support is a plus
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain legal and technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Comfortable conducting demos over video calls and calls
  • Basic understanding of legal documentation, notarization, contracts, or compliance processes (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner of SaaS platforms
  • Empathy-driven, customer-first mindset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
