What Youll Do:

As a Customer Support Executive at CashBook, you will be the first point of contact for our users and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
  • Assisting users with manual bookkeeping features (cash in/out, entries, reports)
  • Supporting customers on UPI, wallet, and payment-related issues (transactions, limits, failures, refunds)
  • Guiding users through app features, subscriptions, and settings
  • Troubleshooting basic issues and coordinating with internal teams for resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM/support tools
  • Following up with users to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Sharing customer feedback and common issues with the product and tech teams

What Were Looking For:

  • 01 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar role
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping basics and digital payments (UPI)
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi+ English language preferred)
  • Ability to explain concepts in simple, user-friendly terms
  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with mobile apps and support systems
  • Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or accounting apps is a plus (not mandatory)
