Role:

Engage with existing and potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and SMS. Handle renewals, customer feedback, issue resolution, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for the US market.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in International BPO (Outbound or Inbound /Customer Success/Sales preferred)
• Excellent communication & customer handling skills
• CRM and email/text communication experience preferred
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
