Customer Success Executive – Affiliate Community (Night Shift)

Garage.app is building AI-powered SaaS products used by founders, creators, and businesses around the world. As our affiliate network grows rapidly, we are looking for a highly responsive, proactive community operator who can keep our affiliate ecosystem engaged, supported, and energised.

This is not a traditional customer support role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of communities, keeps conversations alive, and ensures affiliates succeed with our platform.

What we expect

Manage and actively engage multiple WhatsApp affiliate groups.

Continuously share product updates, wins, affiliate success stories, and positive momentum to

keep the community motivated.

Act as the first line of support for affiliate questions and operational queries.

Help affiliates understand and use the new Garage.app features as they are launched.

Ensure affiliates can quickly reach leadership whenever necessary, and escalate when needed.

Maintain fast response times across all groups and direct messages.

Identify common issues, questions, and opportunities and feed insights back to the product team.

Help build an active, supportive affiliate ecosystem rather than a passive group.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable working night shift to support global affiliates.
• Prior experience in community management, affiliate support, or SaaS customer success is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment where features and updates happen frequently.
