AcunX is building innovation-led, AI-powered advertising solutions that help publishers and demand partners unlock incremental revenue across display, video, and emerging ad formats. We work closely with publishers, platforms, agencies, and brands to deliver scalable, high-impact programmatic outcomes.
Role OverviewWe are looking for aCustomer Success Executive with 12 years of experience inProgrammatic Advertising to manage and grow existing accounts while also working closely with theBusiness Development (BD) team to onboard new publisher and demand-side partners.
This role sits at the intersection ofaccount management, growth, and onboarding , ensuring long-term success for both supply and demand partners on the AcunX platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Growth- Own day-to-day relationships with assignedpublisher and demand partners
- Driveaccount growth through optimization, upsell opportunities, and performance insights
- Monitor delivery, revenue, fill rates, and yield across programmatic setups
- Proactively identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
- Work with the BD team to supportnew account onboarding (publishers and demand partners)
- Coordinate technical onboarding including ad tags, SDKs, and programmatic setups
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to post-onboarding success
- Act as the bridge betweenBD, Ad Ops, Product, and Tech teams
- Communicate partner requirements, feedback, and growth opportunities internally
- Support campaign troubleshooting and escalations
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for partners
- Track KPIs such as revenue growth, CPMs, fill rate, and campaign performance
- Use data to tell a clear growth and optimization story to stakeholders
- 12 years of experience inProgrammatic Advertising
- Strong understanding of theprogrammatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, publishers, demand partners)
- Experience working withpublishers and/or demand-side platforms
- Familiarity with ad formats such asDisplay, Video, and CTV is a plus
- Postgraduate degree (MBA, PGDM, or equivalent preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
