Job Description

As part of our continued growth, GACS is expanding its India-based Customer Success team and looking for strong, voice-first professionals who enjoy working directly with U.S.-based customers.

This is a phone-heavy, relationship-driven role where youll speak with local and multi-location business owners in the U.S., help them understand marketing performance, and guide them toward better adoption, retention, and growth.


What Youll Do:

  • Run live calls with U.S. customers (onboarding, health checks, performance reviews)
  • Explain marketing performance in simple, non-technical language
  • Handle concerns, churn-risk situations, and expectation setting
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (CS, Ad Ops, Analytics, Tech)
  • Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and outcomes


Who Were Looking For:

  • Strong spoken English and confidence on voice calls
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Voice-based international roles
  • Comfortable working US EST hours (7:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
  • Ability to explain metrics like leads, calls, clicks, and conversions clearly
  • High ownership mindset and customer empathy

Shift: US EST

Type: Full-time


Compensation: Up to 15 LPA (depending on experience)
