Job Description

  • Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring clients get the maximum value from our platform.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Help track customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for service and process improvement.
  • Gain hands-on experience in customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support processes.
  • Support revenue generation initiatives, including cross-selling, upselling, and renewal management for existing clients.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 01 year of experience in client-facing roles.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, MBA, or any Bachelors degree.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal team members.

Attention to Detail:

  • Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.

Attitude:

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment.
