- Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring clients get the maximum value from our platform.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Help track customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for service and process improvement.
- Gain hands-on experience in customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support processes.
- Support revenue generation initiatives, including cross-selling, upselling, and renewal management for existing clients.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 01 year of experience in client-facing roles.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, MBA, or any Bachelors degree.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal team members.
Attention to Detail:
- Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
Attitude:
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment.
