Customer Success Associate

Location: JP Nagar Phase 3, Bengaluru

Compensation - 3.5-4.2 LPA

What you will do:

• Lead Qualification: Ensure potential clients via phone, emails etc., engage in meaningful conversations, and determine interest to qualify those leads.
• Target Achievement: Ensure strict alignment to the companys goals and assist in achieving maximum results, and achieve all individual targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Devise effective communication strategies and maintain detailed records of interactions. Engage across communication channels to effectively queries and doubts
• Query and dispute resolution through SLAs : Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for answering and resolving customer queries and concerns across different channels

You are good fit if..

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or any related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role. (Experience in home, interiors, construction, furniture or allied industries earn brownie points)
• Excellent communication, verbal and written with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
