Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our Customer Success team. As a Junior CSM, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services. You will work closely with senior CSMs and cross-functional teams to help maintain strong customer relationships, provide support, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of the services provided.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing proactive support.
- Help clients achieve their success goals by offering advice, best practices, and solutions.
- Monitor clients usage and health metrics, addressing concerns before they become critical issues.
- Support senior CSMs in handling customer inquiries and resolving challenges.
- Participate in client meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Support) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Track client interactions and updates in CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with gathering customer feedback and insights to help drive product improvements.
- Contribute to creating client-facing resources (e.g., guides, FAQs) to enhance the customer experience.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize contract management software such as DocuSign to facilitate the negotiation and signing of contracts with clients and alignment to their technical needs.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing for client contracts.
Desired profile
- 02 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Servicing / Presales / Customer Support
- Bachelors degree (BBA or related field) required; MBA preferred
- Strong exposure to:
- Client onboarding and relationship management
- Customer lifecycle management
- Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams
- Handling customer queries, escalations, and follow-ups
- Understanding of customer retention, upselling, and account growth strategies
- Experience working in IT / SaaS / service-based organizations preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
