ob Title: E-commerce Customer Support Executive
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who has basic knowledge of Razorpay, GoKwik, and Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing order-related processes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with order placement and product-related queries.
- Handle order cancellations, refunds, and return requests efficiently.
- Monitor and manage orders through Shopify.
- Address payment-related queries through Razorpay and GoKwik.
- Track order status and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, Razorpay, and GoKwik.
- Understanding of order processing workflows in e-commerce.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
- Someone with hands-on experience with Shopify order management.
- Familiarity with online payment gateways and checkout systems.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple customer requests.
Experience:
02 years (Freshers with basic knowledge can also apply)
