Job Description
Shifts – Shifts can start as early as 2:30 am in the morning , additional rotational shifts, and weekend working
WFO only
Customer service skills - The ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers, understand their concerns, and address their needs efficiently is vital.
Communication skills – Must have excellent verbal and reading skills as required to read mandatory scripts and must mentions.
Technical / Navigation skills - Familiarity with computer systems and software, as well as the ability to learn and use various customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software, is essential.
Sales /Retention skills - The ability to persuasively present products or services to potential customers for positive sales conversion
Conflict resolution skills - The ability to handle customer complaints, billing disputes, and other difficult situations professionally and tactfully.
Multitasking skills - The ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities at once and able to manage and deliver key performance metrics(AHT/Quality /NPS/Retention/Sales conversion etc..)
