Job Description

The Candidate is responsible for managing the entire Servicing Activity focusing on timely resolution of customer queries and complaints. Should lead from the front ensuring adherence with the regulatory and internal guidelines/policies.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Managerial Responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for

§  Ensuring that all service standards which are committed to PCG customers are met without any hindrance.

§  Stay up to date with markets to provide best solutions to the customers related to their service concerns.

§  Pro and skilled to have on boarding of HNI clients; via PMS,AIF and MF, expertise with KYC and other documents involved in processing .

§   collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales RM ,Business, technology,   operations, legal, risk, and compliance for effective service delivery.

§   Should be well equipped with in-house product and its functionalities leading to process and operational efficiency.

§   Strategic and tactical scheduling and team management to meet service levels improve and manage productivity along with quality.

§  Manage Servicing Operations with minimal or no supervision with complete ownership.
