Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chats

Provide accurate information regarding products and services

Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems

Follow company policies and service quality standards

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Eligibility & Skills

Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline

Female candidates preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
