Customer Service - US Voice (Trivandrum)

Overview

Ecorgy Solutions, a fast growing home healthcare operations company based in Trivandrum, is hiring experienced professionals for our US Voice Process team. This is a voice based International Customer Service role involving direct communication with patients, physicians, and vendors in the US healthcare sector. Professionals with experience in International Telecalling, Tele Sales, Tele Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Experience, especially handling American clients, are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with prior International healthcare/BPO exposure will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a US Voice Process environment
• Assist patients with care coordination and service related queries
• Schedule patient appointments using the practice management system
• Communicate clearly with physicians, patients, and family members
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining service excellence
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks
• Deliver a high quality customer experience in every interaction

Required Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in International Telecalling, Customer Service, US Voice Process, or Global Client Handling
• Experience handling American clients preferred
• Prior experience in US Healthcare, Patient Care Coordination, or Medical Process is an added advantage

Required Skills

• Strong English communication skills with clarity and confidence
• Neutral or American accent preferred
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Professional and patient focused approach

Work Schedule and Location

• Night Shift 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM
• Work from Office at Elippode, Trivandrum
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Local candidates from Trivandrum and nearby districts preferred
