Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Executives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle queries efficiently. Knowledge of Telugu is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Follow standard customer service procedures and guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Communication: Average English communication required.
• Language Requirement: Must speak Telugu fluently.
• Shift: Day shift only.
• Availability: Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational weekly off .
