Customer Service Support Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Customer Service Support Manager. The role involves leading a team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer support operations, resolving queries, analyzing customer feedback, and offering technical support when necessary. The selected candidate will oversee the implementation of effective customer service strategies and maintain efficient communication with both internal teams and customers to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering Customer Satisfaction
• Proven Analytical and problem-solving Skills applicable to customer service environments
• Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Ability to handle complex situations and implement customer-centric solutions
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in customer service management
• Prior experience in the office automation or technical services industry is an advantage
