Qualification, Experience and Skills Required: Graduate or pursuing graduation with 0-1 year of experience. Oral Communication Skills, Excellent in product knowledge.
Competencies: Process & result orientation, Quick learner, interpersonal effectiveness, Persuasiveness, Organising skills, Conflict management & resolution, quick documentation, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store.
- Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.
- Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock.
- Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards.
- Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned.
- Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers.
- Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge.
- Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product.
- Handle customer queries effectively.
- Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
- Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift.
- Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of facility rules, regulations and philosophy of the store.
- Other duties as assigned by the superior.
