Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our G Ads support team. In this role, you will assist advertisers and business owners with their campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience with G Ads products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve account, billing, and campaign performance queries.
- Guide customers on G Ads features, policies, and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 13 years of customer service or technical support experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (PPC, keywords, CTR, ROI).
- Ability to work rotational shifts and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with G Ads or other digital marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
