Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Chat Support).
Experience: 1 year in International CS/CX.
Job Summary: We're looking for experienced chat process associates to handle international customer queries via chat, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer chats
- Resolve queries/issues professionally
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Work in shifts (may include nights/weekends)
Requirements:
- 1-year exp in International CS/CX
- Excellent communication skills (written English).
- Typing speed > 30 WPM
- Immediate joiner preferred
Salary & Perks:
- Upto 3.6LPA
- Free 2way cab facility (within hiring boundaries).
- 247 Rotational Shifts (must be comfortable with night shifts).
- Work Week: 5day working week with 2-day rotational offs.
