Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and people-oriented Customer Service Executive who enjoys interacting with customers and can handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, quick thinking ability, and a calm presence of mind in fast-paced situations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain customer records and follow up when required
  • Handle multiple conversations/tasks simultaneously
  • Ensure a positive and consistent brand experience


Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presence of mind and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, emails, etc.)
  • Prior customer service experience is must.
