Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate/Management Trainee , you will be the key point of contact for travelers during their trips, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-trip customer support and communication
• Resolve travel issues quickly and efficiently
• Share destination insights and recommendations
• Handle emergencies with confidence
• Coordinate logistics with internal teams

Eligibility & Skills

• Freshers and 2026 pass-outs are welcome
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (including nights)
