Customer Service Sales Representative (English Native Speaker Proficiency)

• Position: Customer Support & Sales Specialist
• Location: Remote
• Shift: Evening / Graveyard
• Working Days: Weekdays & Weekends (Max 5 days/week)
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day
• Salary: 6 LPA 8 LPA
• Incentives: Performance-based
• Industry preference: Jewellery background (highly preferred)
• Experience:
• Minimum 23 years calling experience with US B2C customers (product-based)
• Excellent communication skills
• Process Nature (Important)
• This is a completely inbound support role
• No farming, no hunting, and no cold calling
• 70% Customer Support + 30% Sales (support-driven sales only)
• No call caps
• Sales are based on opportunity and customer requirement , not forced pitching
• Jewellery background is an added advantage

Remote Role Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Personal laptop
• Stable Wi-Fi connection

Hubstaff Requirement (Mandatory)

Candidates must be comfortable with Hubstaff time-tracking & monitoring:

• Tracks work time & activity levels
• Captures periodic screenshots
• Auto-stops tracking if inactive for 5 minutes
• Hubstaff hours = official attendance & payroll record
• Candidate must ensure Hubstaff stays active during working hours

Additional Conditions

• Comfortable with salary credit date between 15th20th of each month
• Must have strong calling experience with US customers only
• Should be comfortable working night shifts
