Graduation + 1 year relevant experience
Requirement 1: Fraud and Disputes
- Customer service for queries regarding debit/credit card fraud
- Chat Process
- 5 days working and any 2 rotational off
- 2-way Cab: Upto 25-30Km
- Shift Window: 24/7
- Job Location: TIPCO Plaza (Malad East, Mumbai)
- Assessments: AMCAT & Typing
WriteX: 55
Typing: 30 WPM, 90% accuracy
- Salary Package: 4LPA (Take home 28K)

- Customer service for queries regarding retail banking
- Chat Process
- 5 days working and any 2 rotational offs
- 2-way Cab: Upto 25-30Km
- Shift Window: 24/7
- Job Location: TIPCO Plaza (Malad East, Mumbai)
- Assessments: AMCAT & Typing
