Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation + 1 year relevant experience

Requirement 1: Fraud and Disputes

• Customer service for queries regarding debit/credit card fraud
• Chat Process
• 5 days working and any 2 rotational off
• 2-way Cab: Upto 25-30Km
• Shift Window: 24/7
• Job Location: TIPCO Plaza (Malad East, Mumbai)
• Assessments: AMCAT & Typing

WriteX: 55

Typing: 30 WPM, 90% accuracy

• Salary Package: 4LPA (Take home 28K)

Requirement 2: Secured Messaging

• Customer service for queries regarding retail banking
• Chat Process
• 5 days working and any 2 rotational offs
• 2-way Cab: Upto 25-30Km
• Shift Window: 24/7
• Job Location: TIPCO Plaza (Malad East, Mumbai)
• Assessments: AMCAT & Typing

Typing: 30 WPM, 90% accuracy

• Salary Package: 4LPA (Take home 28K)
