Role Overview
We are hiring experienced customer service professionals for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain call quality standards and follow defined process guidelines.
- Consistently meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and quality scores.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice-based customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problemsolving and customerhandling capabilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
