Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the companys products and services.
- Provide timely and professional customer support via email, social media platforms, and phone calls.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns efficiently.
- Deliver accurate, clear, and detailed information to customers.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and communications for reference and reporting.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members to enhance service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent active listening skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
