Fraud and Disputes

  • Customer service for queries regarding debit/credit card fraud
  • Chat Process
  • 5 days working and any 2 rotational offs
  • Shift Window: 24/7
  • Job Location: TIPCO Plaza
  • Assessments: AMCAT & Typing
  • WriteX: 55
  • Typing: 30 WPM, 90% accuracy
