Job Description

Job Role: Customer service - Medical billing (LINCARE AR)


Process: International Bpo Voice Process (Lincare AR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely collections
  • Work on denials management and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Interact with customers/insurance companies for claim resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service support related to billing queries
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
  • At least 6 months of experience in:
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Customer Service
  • Medical Billing

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic understanding of medical billing and AR processes
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to 28,000 (in-hand), based on qualification and experience
  • Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week-offs
  • Shift: 24X7 Rotational Shift

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
