Job Description
Job Role: Customer service - Medical billing (LINCARE AR)
Process: International Bpo Voice Process (Lincare AR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely collections
- Work on denials management and resolve billing discrepancies
- Interact with customers/insurance companies for claim resolution
- Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions
- Provide excellent customer service support related to billing queries
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines and processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Customer Service
- Medical Billing
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of medical billing and AR processes
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 28,000 (in-hand), based on qualification and experience
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week-offs
- Shift: 24X7 Rotational Shift
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
