Job Description
We are actively hiring for Customer Service Representative !!!
Location- Malad, Mumbai
Shifts- Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
5 Days working with 2 rotational weekoffs
HSC can also apply with experience
Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for booking assistance
- Support guests with check-in, listing info & host coordination
- Manage cancellations, refunds, modifications & safety issues
- Explain policies clearly
- Maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases
- Achieve AHT, CSAT, QA & attendance KPIs
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication
- Customer service mindset
- Problem-solving & patience
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, CRM)
