Job Summary:
Hewlett-Packard (HP) North America is hiring Customer Service Executives for a voice-based technical support process. The role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting HP systems and providing effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to HP system technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems related to HP products.
- Provide accurate information and step-by-step solutions to customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain service quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and follow company protocols.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
Work Schedule:
- 24/7 rotational shifts.
- 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs.
Selection Process:

- Floor Operations Interview
Compensation:
- Up to 28,000 take-home per month (based on candidate profile and experience).
