Job Description
Customer Support Executive (Banking Voice Process)
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our banking voice support team in Malad, Mumbai. This role involves assisting customers with account management, transactions, and providing high-quality service in a professional banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding account info, transactions, cards, and loans.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally at the first instance.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Banking Support: Assist with digital banking queries, password resets, and fund transfers.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to banking regulations, KYC, and AML policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Graduates (Any stream) Freshers are welcome!
- Undergraduates Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process required.
- Availability:
- Immediate Joiners required.
- Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment).
- 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs.
Compensation & Location
- Salary: Up to 4.9 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives).
- Work Location: Malad, Mumbai.

Required Skills
- Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
