Job Description
Location: Jaipur
Process: Chat, Email & Voice Support
Salary: 3.5 LPA (CTC)
Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shifts: Rotational
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days rotational weekly off
Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Care / Technical Support Associates to assist customers across domains, hosting, email, and telecom services. The role involves handling queries via chat, email, and calls, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with domain, hosting, DNS, name servers, SSL, cPanel/Plesk.
- Troubleshoot issues like DNS delays, website downtime, WordPress setup, email failures.
- Handle device setup, activation, billing, and account concerns.
- Escalate complex problems while maintaining SLA, compliance, and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer experience across Chat/Email/Voice channels
Skills Required
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Familiarity with telecom/mobile services (added advantage)
- Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts
