We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in NCR. This role involves addressing customer queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective online and voice/non-voice - based support. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions with professionalism and resolve issues, providing an excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent English spoken and written communication
- Comfortable with night shift and rotational shifts 24x7 and rotational weekoffs
- UG/Graduate freshers and experienced are welcome
- Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with the BPO industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work collaboratively
