Job Description: Customer Support Executive
We are looking for energetic and empathetic individuals to join our global support team in Gurugram. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our onshore and offshore clients receive world-class assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Support: Provide seamless online and voice support to a diverse global customer base.
- Problem Solving: Resolve known issues by leveraging Product User Guides and internal knowledge bases.
- First Contact Resolution (FCR): Take ownership of enquiries to resolve them at the first point of contact, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- End-to-End Ownership: Assist customers with technical requests, general information, and product upgrades with confidence and timeliness.
- CSAT Excellence: Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by meeting key performance metrics and delivering personalized support.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduates (Freshers welcome) or Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Availability: Must be an immediate joiner ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
