Job Description

Customer Success Associate TravelTech | Atlys (New Delhi)

Location: New Delhi

Compensation: 5-6.5 LPA (Including PF and PGDM monthly fees of 6,666)

Shift: 5 Days from Office, 1 day WFH (9-hour shift + 1 hour break)


Eligibility Criteria

  • This role is only for graduates (postgraduate candidates should not apply).
  • You must have exceptional spoken and written English communication skills .
  • Pursuing the PGDM program along with this job is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Role Overview:

As a Guest Delight Associate, youll be the first point of contact for travelers, offering outstanding support through calls, chat, and email .

Youll simplify the visa application journey, resolve queries, and ensure every traveler feels supported throughout the process.


The Job

  • Deliver timely and professional support across calls, chat, and email.
  • Resolve visa-related concerns with empathy and accuracy.
  • Gain deep knowledge of visa products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Document interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Suggest process improvements and identify inefficiencies.
  • Stay updated on visa regulations, travel policies, and product changes.
  • Use customer support tools efficiently to maintain service quality.


Ideal Candidate

  • At least 6 months in a customer calling or chat support role.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong verbal & written communication.
  • Calm, proactive problem-solver with a customer-first attitude.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with CRM tools.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs.
  • Strong documentation, attention to detail, and organisation skills.
  • Confident when guiding customers through complex processes.
