Customer Support Specialist | Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Location: Sundar Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Compensation: 4,20,000 CTC per annum (includes PF, PGDM fees of 6,666)

Employment Type: Full-time


Eligibility Criteria:


  • This role is only for graduates (Postgraduates should not apply).
  • You must have exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Pursuing a PGDM along with this job is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Role Description:


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at our Ahmedabad office. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer & technical support
  • Managing customer communication across channels
  • Documenting recurring issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
  • Maintaining productive relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently


You will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer operations and strengthening brand trust.


Qualifications:


  • Skills in Customer Support and driving Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Ability to provide technical support and confidently troubleshoot issues
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate concerns and suggest solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and handle inquiries through various channels
  • Experience with CRM tools or customer service software is advantageous
  • Previous customer service or support experience is preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles
