Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Email & Chat)

Location: Remote (Must be willing to work US Eastern Standard Time hours)

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives

to join our growing support team, providing outstanding service to customers of our retail brands

These brands specialize in precious metals investment products, serving customers across the United States and Internationally.

As part of our team, youll handle customer queries via email and live chat

, offering, Professional, efficient, and accurate support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email and Chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate updates regarding order status, shipping, and delivery timelines.

Assist customers with account updates including email address, mailing address, and Profile information changes.

Investigate and resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the ticketing system

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high

quality customer care

Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Excellent written English communication skills with attention to tone and detail

Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service for US -based clients

Experience handling email and chat -based support; familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

Ability to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred

Skills: Experience supporting e-commerce or retail brands

Basic understanding of financial or investment products (a plus)

Knowledge of CRM tools and customer service KPI
