Job Description:

ACE Rooms Ltd. is looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our operations team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in the Travel Industry or Hotel Reservations , preferably handling the UK market . Candidates from ICSE or CBSE schooling backgrounds with excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel reservations and travel operations efficiently.
• Handle customer queries and booking requests from the UK market.
• Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high service standards and timely communication.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in travel operations or hotel reservations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Smart, well-spoken, and committed professionals with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management tools will be an added advantage.
