Role & Responsibilities

Identify candidates with the right skills that match US client requirements.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand job needs.
Thoroughly analyze each requirement to source the most suitable talent.
Manage the complete US recruitment life cyclesourcing, screening, submission, interview setup, and final placement.
Build strong sourcing strategies using job portals, networking platforms, referrals, and databases.
Work on a variety of IT roles across multiple technologies.
Maintain strong submittal-to-interview-to-placement ratios.
Meet recruitment SLA timelines as agreed with business stakeholders.
Participate in daily team huddles and update on progress, strategies, and hiring funnels.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in US calling (BPO/KPO) is preferred freshers are welcome if communication skills are strong.
Excellent command over Englishspoken and written.
A gogetter attitude, strong confidence, and a presentable personality.
Willingness to learn IT terminologies and technologies.
Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Timings).
Strong networking, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
Creative, research-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Good reasoning, quantitative ability, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical thinking.
