Job Description
Hiring for one of our Leading Banking Client
Work Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Should be ready for Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
This role requires a graduate degree, minimum 2 years of experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in English.
Availability: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Address, resolve, and log customer queries/complaints efficiently.
Sales & Service: Cross-sell/upsell products (loans, cards, accounts) and provide financial solutions.
Performance Metrics: Maintain high-quality standards, reduce call handling time, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- At least 2 - 3 years' of relevant work experience after Graduations
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
